These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TwentyOne iOS app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
TwentyOne is a blackjack basic-strategy trainer intended for study and entertainment only. It involves no real-money gambling, no wagering, and no payouts. Strategy guidance is provided for educational purposes and is not a guarantee of any outcome.
The app offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, TwentyOne Pro ($4.99 USD, or local equivalent), which permanently unlocks additional features on your Apple ID. All other features remain free.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Apple’s standard licensed-application end-user license agreement (EULA). You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed solely by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any losses related to gambling or wagering activities undertaken outside the app. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
